On-site ServiceComplete after-sales service is offered. Professional engineers will go to your factory to help you to solve any installation and debugging problems, as well as to teach your workers how to operate and maintaining machines.
- Not only offering user guide, we also assist in revolving any problems occurred during installation and debugging.
- Adjustment of automatic paper cup forming machine will be adopted one week before delivery, thus to ensure the perfect condition of our machines.
- On-site installation instruction is offered by professional engineers. The fee, including their salary, expenses for business trips, accommodation expenses, consulting fee and etc.need to be covered by the buyers.
- Free training is supplied before your operator fully grasps how to operate and maintain the machines. Buyers need to cover their expenses of business trip and accommodation expenses. We have one-year warranty for wearing parts.
Remote / Online ServiceComplete records of the machines delivered from our factory will be kept. If there is any problem, online service will be offered for timely solution.
